Becky's classes are nourishing and always take into account the individual experience. She welcomes you to adjust postures to suit your body and practice level whilst always able to give suitable variations in
postures. Being extremely resourceful and creative, she is able to pool together her previous experience to keep the classes fresh, creating a balanced practice with a beautiful outlook for the rest of the day.
Movement is our medicine, let the body be our teacher.

Becky is a passionate, enthusiastic and motivated teacher. She hopes to make yoga accessible for everyone of every age and ability. She has been practicing for over 12 years and in this time has found yoga an invaluable tool to help her through all situations. She trained in Rishikesh India, and is always wanting to improve her practice, deepen knowledge
With Yoga she hopes to aid people in finding body awareness. And to inspire people to bring a better sense of health, well-being,
and freedom in their bodies.
