A session tailored for you and your individual needs. This will be a truly nourishing practice that will help you to access your body and heighten your awareness with yoga. It will help to release tension and to connect with parts of the body that may have been forgotten about or blocked out due to injury or pain. Techniques from yoga therapy as well as breath work and asana (physical postures) will be used within the practice. The session will end with restorative postures and a deep relaxation helping to further release the body and fascia tissues, whilst tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system. I have worked alot with the anatomy of the body, and can give movements and postures in accordance to these. Any injuries should be stated when booking, so that I can further appropriate the session. There will be a consultation (unless existing student) before the session, which will take around 15mins, to assess what areas to focus on in the session. This can be done via zoom or phone call. Cancellations for one to one sessions at least 48hours in advance, 50% will become non refundable after this, before this 100% will be refundable. Cancellations for a class must be at least 24 hours in advance of the class, within this time will be non-refundable.
